FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What time do we start for the mini session?

  • As we all know every conference is different, some run on time and some don’t. When it gets closer to the date we can setup a time slot for you which we will let you pick, if available. We will also send a text reminder approximately 10 minutes before your shoot from 347.735.9657.

• What if I miss my session slot time for the mini session?

  • I know things happen, please be courteous… (this goes a long way) if you feel you can not keep your time slot or might be late, let us know so we can give you a new one. Text or call 347.735.9657 to let us know. (all mini sessions will be fulfilled no later than 8pm)

• Where can I book my 90 minute session?

  • You will find this option in your original email

• How many pictures do you take?

  • I never count! I photograph for quality. The goal is to really capture who you are, and what you have accomplished. On average you’ll receive 40-70 images or maybe more, to view online only!

• When will we get see my photographs?

  • I have one of the fastest turn-around times in the industry with online gallery within a few hours of your session. Gallery will be emailed to you (check your Spam for donotreply@n-vu.com or Info@willcadena.com )

• How long do my photographs stay online?

  • They stay up for 60 days

    • If you book session 90 minute session with us they stay up for 6 months

• What do you do to my images after your done photographing me?

  • All the images are edited for color, exposure, sharpness and white balance.

• Will you have Makeup and Hair team with you?

  • No, this is a mini session. We are just there to photograph you.

• Can you retouch my photograph?

  • You will receive one retouched image as part of your mini session. Adding more images to be retouched, the cost is $24/image. (It will be a 3 day turnaround time or less)

    • Want them all retouched? I will send a proposal with a price.

• What if I would like to purchase more photographs of myself with no logo?

  • You can purchase them at $29 for each photograph.

  • OR save $15. if you buy 3 photographs for $72.

  • OR save $101. if you buy 10 photographs for $189.

  • Buy all the photographs from the mini session for $299.

• Can I also purchase the photographs from me being on stage?

  • We are not part of the NPC or their team of photographers, you will have to get those photographs from their photographers.

• Are you part of the the NPC or any other organization?

  • We not part of the NPC or any other organization…… We are an independent company who specializes in commercial, portrait and event photography.

• Are the sessions refundable?

  • The sessions are not refundable.
