how to order from Proofing Site:

  1. USE A DESKTOP/ NOTEBOOK so you can see the screen clearly and make the ordering process 100x easier.

  2. Log into the gallery

  3. CREATE AN ACCOUNT so you can go back if you need too! (USE SAME EMAIL YOU USED TO SIGN UP WITH IF YOU TOOK Took advantage of early bird or show special, or you won’t get discount codes)

  4. Click “MORE” on top to find your Division

  5. Choose your photographs first, by clicking the heart❤️ on the photo (DO THIS 1ST, SAVE YOU SO MUCH TIME)

  6. Click “SHOP” on the top right and choose PRINTS, WALL ARTS OPTIONS OR SOCIAL DIGITALS FILES…

  7. Find “My favorites” on the bottom right of the screen, you will see your favorites pop up here. 

  8. Choose each of these photos and watch them move to the area above

  9. Once all of your favorites are above the line, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  10. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a COUPON CODE you must entered it. (After purchase we can not honor it, So Please Slow Down)

  11. Continue & Add your information

  12. You will receive an email with your photographs ready to download WITHIN 24 HOURS, CHECK YOUR SPAM

  • These are the only photographs we have.  We shoot everything we can.  If you only spend 10 seconds on stage for your SOLOS, we shoot as much as we can in those 10 seconds. 

  • Once you make your purchase, check your email for the files.  MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM if you don’t see the email within 24 hours.

  • Will Cadena Fitness Photography never guarantees a particular amount of photographs. The number of pictures you are in is based on the amount of time you spend on for your solo stage shots.
